This time of year always gets me thinking about milestones, right after I train my brain to write 2009 instead of 2008 on my checks. Gatto’s has some pretty impressive milestones. 2009 marks our 37th year in business, and for that I would like to thank our customers. Some of you have been around since my father, Mike Gatto, opened our first shop back in 1972. Then, as now, our customers are our first priority. We want to provide you with the best products and services at the best price. Another milestone—having eight stores to serve you—seems to say that we are achieving that goal. And another milestone, being voted the Top Shop in North America (2007) by Tire Review Magazine is another indication that we are doing something right. We’re pretty proud of our milestones, because they mean we are taking care of you.
And now, through the use of a very clever segue, I’ll remind you about our service, Milestone Maintenance. Since we need to make sure our vehicles stay in top shape as long as possible, you may be interested in this service. We can run a report on your vehicle that tells you the manufacturer’s recommendations for any point in the life of your ride. If your vehicle has reached an important milestone this year (such as, 100,000 miles and still going strong), then come on in to Gatto’s to see what you can do to make sure it makes it to 200,000. You can bet we’ll still be here to help you celebrate that milestone.
