January is a traditional time for resolutions and I’m sure we’re all guilty of plenty of good intentions. 

You know the kind: exercise more, eat better, count to ten before honking at that slowpoke in the passing lane.   But here’s a resolution that’s easy to keep and could even be a good tradition to start.  Let January be the mental reminder that it’s time to get a regular mechanical inspection for your vehicle.

Especially if your car or truck has racked up some impressive mileage, you should have someone who knows what’s what (like our ASC Certified mechanics) put your ride up on the lift and check major components such as brakes, suspension, and so on.  Not everything can be inspected visually (for example, ball joints), so you should get an expert opinion.  Luckily, every Gatto’s store has experts coming out of its ears.  Well, they would if stores had ears, but you get the idea.

Seriously,  if it’s been a year or more (and if you can’t remember when the last time you had a mechanical inspection it’s probably been more) come on in and let our guys take a look.  Getting a little peace of mind is a great resolution.
