Mike, is the MOST patient and pleasant gentleman that I have ever known in any customer service arena! My husband is in the AF, and has been deployed so it’s hard to find places to get my car serviced where I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of as a woman. This has become my regular place to service my vehicle, I’ve never had a “regular place” before. It feels nice to feel I can trust and count on this place and the people there to keep my safe in my vehicle!
I recently went into your Lake Washington store for a problem with my “lemon” of a Dodge Charger. I was assisted by a mechanic named Ken who in my opinion went above and beyond to diagnose the issue I was having. I also need a sensor replaced in my wheel. I had just replaced the identical sensor on the other wheel at Gator Chrysler Dodge and was charged $390.00!! At your store I received 10 times better customer service and only paid a quarter of the price for the exact same repair.
Gattos and Ken have renewed my faith in the fact there are still companies out there that can do quality work for fair prices. I refer everyone I know to Gattos and Ken. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and will never take my business to the crooks at Gator ever again and I advise everyone else to do the same.

I bought my car 2 years ago and I bring my car in every noise I hear.
The gentlemen here never get tired of seeing me even if the noise is minor. They
don’t sell me just any parts and they are honest with their diagnosis of my car.
I would recommend this location not only because of the efficient work but

My husband is extremely pleased with the 4 new tires he had installed on his Honda Element at the Gatto’s Palm Bay store several months ago. Shawn educated us about the pros and cons of various tires, so we were confident in choosing the best tires for how we drive.

Another Goodyear store sold me a set of tires with road hazard. I did get a flat and the road hazard policy would not cover my tires. Shawn honored it anyway and I purchased new road hazard on the rest of my tires.

Both my van and my husband’s car were in for service. After rummaging through my purse to look for my husband’s credit card (which he couldn’t find and thought he had given to me…long story) I paid my bill and went out the door to get my van, which was done.
When I got home, I had a voice mail from Mike. I was expecting to hear my husband’s car was finished, but I had inadvertently (and stupidly) left my wallet on the counter in the fiasco of looking for my husband’s credit card. We went back to get my husband’s car and MY wallet. Mike had put my wallet in a locked drawer to keep it safe for me.

My family owns 4 different cars which the Gattos Palm Bay Store (Malabar Road) has taken care of for us for at least the past 15 years.
The Palm Bay Store Gatto staff, Billy, Bobby, Joey, Dennis, Chris, etc. have done an excellent job at taking care of our family cars. We’ve never had a Gattos serviced car that has broken down on us, and I drive to Orlando and back every week (Mon.-Fri.) The reasons I have kept coming back over the past 15 years is that this staff really cares about what they do and how they do it. They trully provide true Customer service and satisfaction in an era where this is a lost art.
Not only have I gotten to know the staff by being there regularly, I also see them interact with other Customers as well. They treat everyone with with the utmost professionalism and respect. That means a lot to me as a person and as a Customer.

I felt compelled to write because of the over and beyond service of two individuals. However, let me say that I have always had exceptional service at this location and the front desk and ESPECIALLY RICK HICKMAN. I have set out to write before, but life has always gotten in the way. This time they were FABULOUS.
I pulled out of the shop and immediately knew that something was not right, but shrugged it off. I got about a half mile on 95 when I started hearing noises. I pulled off at Lowe’s in Rockledge to check the problem – a shredding belt. I called and they said not to worry, don’t try driving it back because it was wrapping itself around everything. Rick Hickman and another gentleman, I never got his name, came. The overhead loading zone at Lowe’s was crammed with trucks, they finally told me to just pull to a parking space! I protested! They insisted, they changed the belt in the POURING POURING rain, they were soaking wet!!! They then apologized that I was inconvenienced and kept smiling, I cannot say enough about how grateful I was and how bad I felt at how wet they were!

My Gatto’s experience started when I heard a noise. I found a bolt, the size of my thumb, in the rear tire of my Jeep. I was down the road from the Lake Washington store and asked my brother to meet me there as I was sure I would have to leave it. I walked in and spoke to Frank. He said, “Sure, no problem, we can patch it up. Do you want to wait or will you leave it?” I left my Jeep, and went to lunch with my brother. Approximately 20 minutes passed and I received a call from Frank. “I am sorry to tell you this, but you need a new tire”, he stated. Really, I thought. Really, I don’t even drive this vehicle anymore and now $300 plus bucks for an over-sized tire. I just couldn’t afford it at that time. Frank said, “no problem, we will put the spare on for you and will see you soon.” I got back to the store and asked how much do I owe you guys. “Nothing”, Frank stated, “have a better afternoon. Seems as your morning went pretty bad. I left there and though, WOW, this guy doesn’t even know me, and he did me a favor. That always stuck in my mind.
Two weeks later, my brother and I were driving in one of our company trucks. We just had two new tires put on in the front at one of Gatto’s competitor’s. The truck rode terrible. I mean really bad. If you got the truck up to 15-20 MPH, and I mean IF you could withstand the hopping around, it would rattle any dental work out of your mouth. We brought that truck back to the competitors place two more time to allow them the opportunity to fix the problem. The first excuse was “it must have thrown a weight”, the second, “I didn’t have my best guy do it”. Finally, and once again over lunch, I said to my brother, hold on, I bet Gatto’s can do it. He challenged my idea by stating, ” I don’t think can can do big trucks”. I called, spoke to Frank again. I started with a question. Can you work on large trucks? Frank chuckled and said, “I hope so because we have two in the shop. What can I do for you? I asked him what was the largest tire that they can work on as we have 19.5 inch rims. “No problem” Frank stated, “Bring it down”. We did just that. My brother and I told him the whole story. We all had a good laugh and my brother and I left the truck in Frank’s trusty hands. We went back to work.
Approximately 45 minutes passed. Frank called and stated, “Your all done”. Really, I thought again. OK. Lets see this. My brother and I went to pick it up. The difference was night and day. I could have fallen asleep as the truck rode so smooth. A little bit rough in the rear, but they didn’t do anything to the rear. YET. Frank handed us a bill for what was less then our lunch tab. We left, and both my brother and I were very impressed. Three trips to the competitor and they still could not get it right. Each of those trips to past Malabar Road, when Gatto’s was less then 1 mile away from our office.
Since then, my brother and I have been back numerous times. My brother brought in his Tahoe, his two sons vehicles, and one of his daughters vehicle. I have been back with both of my vehicles as well. We two brother of Melbourne, sing the praise of Gatto’s to everybody we meet. I joked with Frank once saying that we are dropping his business cards all over central Florida.
But to get to the final point. If the people at Gatto’s Tires and Auto Service location in Lake Washington is a measure of all of the other locations, then you would be doing a disservice to your loved ones by bringing your cars someplace else. Gatto’s is and will always be our mechanic shop. For us that means a lot. Our trucks run 24/7/365. Gatto’s makes that possible for us with the best service around. Call Frank, make a joke, & have a laugh. But whatever you do, please do not drink all the tea. Save some for me as I am sure I will be back there.

I just wanted to let you know that I think you guys are awesome! I have been there twice and both times left very satisfied with the way the staff has treated me.
As a female, I get nervous taking my car into a mechanic shop to have it worked on in fear that I’ll get stuck with a huge list of “problems” that isn’t related to what I even went in for! Both times your staff has treated me with great respect and has made me extremely comfortable. You have provided me with quotes and have never made me feel pressured to have everything needing repairs done on one visit.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for making repairs less stressful! I will highly recommend you to all of my friends and family, and will continue to have my repairs done at your location!
We just want to thank Chris in your Melbourne location for his great help the other evening when we urgently needed air in our tires. The doors were closing, however Chris stayed, started the air machine again and filled up our tires. He was very friendly and of course very helpful. It was above and beyond his duty! Chris went out of his way to help us old folks.

I am a returning customer. I’ve purchased tires for my cars and have had oil changes and other maintenance done. I am very happy with the service provided.
I would like you to know that I really appreciate all the staff at my local Merritt Island Gatto’s. I first visited this store in 2006 because of the availability of the tires I wanted and the great competitive pricing. But I continued to come back for oil changes and tire service due to the great quality service, exhibited (apparent ha-ha as I know nothing about cars!) honesty and excellent customer service ABOVE and BEYOND, and, of course, the competitive pricing. I consider Gatto’s the place to go for ALL my automotive servicing.

I have used both the Cocoa store and now the one in Suntree since 1993. I have appreciated the customer care I have received at both stores. Most recently I asked to have my car looked over because I was about to drive out of state. I was between oil changes and didn’t really need the “road trip special” just wanted someone to check things out so this older, single driver would feel secure. Everything was checked and I was reassured that everything was sound with the car. Like having a family member look over a car I was very grateful. I was even more surprised when I wasn’t even charged for this service.
I’ve been bringing my family’s vehicles (currently there’s four) to the Gatto’s in Suntree-Viera since the store opened. Some of the faces have changed, but the excellent service and dependability has never wavered. My daughter has moved to Tampa, but brings her car back to Gatto’s for service. I am the Leasing Manager at a luxury apartment community nearby and we provide concierge services including recommendations for local businesses. When anyone asks for automotive services… It’s “Gotta Go To Gatto’s”.

Frank and the crew are always so great. They always give me great service.
I wondered for a long time if you were a real person that I see on T.V. Well, the other day I had a small problem with my car and stopped at your auto center in Cocoa. The men there assured me you were real, but the truth of the matter is the wonderful service. They helped me, fixed my problem and sent me on my way.
Glen and Chris are truly wonderful employees of yours and I just had to let you know. They even showed me your picture hanging on the wall. Again, thank your loyal people for such wonderful service.

I would like to convey to you our wonderful experience at Gatto’s Tire Service in Cocoa.
My fiancé and I recently purchased an RV and were experiencing a major issue with vibration. Today, my fiancé went to your heavy-duty truck tire store in Cocoa to have your technician evaluate the problem. We discovered that the back four tires were 14 years old and the two front tires were 7 years old and all six needed to be replaced.
Before my fiancé retired last year, he was a trainer for automotive customer service excellence. Only on rare occasions is he pleased with the service he receives as a customer, however, these are his own words:
“I was really impressed with their operation. They were very friendly and helpful. Their techs were very accommodating and didn’t mind explaining what they were doing. I was in and out in an hour and a half. Best of all, I would go back there again for service needs.”

I’ve had and currently am having work done, and I couldn’t ask for better service, customer support or professionalism anywhere else.
Rear brakes and rotors were installed on my car and there was a problem with the pads seating. When I took the car back for repairs there were some communication problems which caused me to be upset. These guys did an excellent job of getting me calmed down – and took care of the brake problem.
In today’s world, where I so seldom encounter folks who treat the customer like he is a valued asset, these guys are a refreshing example of getting the job done, including keeping the customer happy. Gatto’s is fortunate to have them working for you. I thought you should know.
Your customer service is consistently outstanding at your Viera/Suntree location. I am always blown away by how professional your front desk staff are. Keep up the great work.

I just wanted to tell you about the great customer experience I had at the Gatto’s in Melbourne.
Mike McHenry is absolutely fantastic. I needed all four tires replaced. He understood my work schedule and pleasantly explained if I called when I was leaving work he would make sure someone was there to change my tires. It was about 5:30pm when I arrived and mike was just great. He not only took care of the car but offered me coffee, water, etc.
This was just a wonderful experience and shows excellent customer care. I just wanted to share this with you and recognize Mike.

I went into the store on Malabar Rd. They not only gave me great service, but also fixed my tire fast, and the repair was very inexpensive. They all greeted me with a smile and I think they deserve recognition. I will recommend them to ALL my friends.
I purchased new Goodyear tires for my PT Cruiser at a local Chrysler dealer and had been having trouble with the tires losing air continually. For 4 months they gave me the runaround. All 8 of their mechanics and the service manager kept telling me that someone must be letting the air out of my tires. It seemed absurd to me. I have a security garage. I asked every question anyone could possibly think of and I was pretty much ignored. They offered no kind of solution after having the car at least 4 times in 4 months. I knew there had to be an answer.
I contacted Goodyear and asked for help. They suggested I take the car to Gatto’s on Merritt Island for an evaluation of the tire problem. YEAH, Goodyear!
I went to Gatto’s and in no time at all they discussed the problem, demonstrated exactly what they found, and explained it to me along with an intelligent solution. I cannot express my extreme gratitude to Al and Justin for making the whole thing possible.
Today, the new wheels were delivered and put on. You cannot imagine how thrilled and grateful I am. I can drive without being constantly worried about flat tires… I can sleep and travel knowing I have people I can trust and rely on to help take care of my Car. I love my car!

Gatto’s has taken care of me and my vehicles for over 25 years. I continue to go there because they treat me like family. We have 3 vehicles, and over the years have preferred service there over the auto dealers because they are honest and only recommend and perform work that is necessary.
I mainly utilize the Melbourne branch because it is so convenient to my work.
Mike McHenry and Stosh take excellent care of me and my vehicles. They are personable and caring, taking time to help me understand what repairs are necessary.
