I have been there twice and both times left very satisfied with the way the staff has treated me. As a female, I get nervous taking my car into a mechanic shop to have it worked on in fear that I’ll get stuck with a huge list of “problems” that isn’t related to what I even went in for! Both times your staff has treated me with great respect and has made me extremely comfortable. You have provided me with quotes and have never made me feel pressured to have everything needing repairs done on one visit. I just wanted to say thank you so much for making repairs less stressful! I will highly recommend you to all of my friends and family, and will continue to have my repairs done at your location! I just wanted to let you know that I think you guys are awesome! The doors were closing, however Chris stayed, started the air machine again and filled up our tires. He was very friendly and of course very helpful. It was above and beyond his duty! But I continued to come back for oil changes and tire service due to the great quality service, exhibited (apparent ha-ha as I know nothing about cars!) honesty and excellent customer service ABOVE and BEYOND, and, of course, the competitive pricing. I consider Gatto’s the place to go for ALL my automotive servicing. Thank you Art Stanley and staff! You guys are the BEST! I have appreciated the customer care I have received at both stores. Most recently I asked to have my car looked over because I was about to drive out of state. I was between oil changes and didn't really need the "road trip special" just wanted someone to check things out so this older, single driver would feel secure. Everything was checked and I was reassured that everything was sound with the car. Like having a family member look over a car I was very grateful. I was even more surprised when I wasn't even charged for this service. I have used both the Cocoa store and now the one in Suntree since 1993.
