My family and I have been loyal customers of Gatto's on Hibiscus for nearly 20 years across 6-7 vehicles. I hade always felt appreciated and that we were getting an honest assessment of the vehicles repair needs and a fair price. It was this history I had that led me to introduce a friend of mine, new to the area to Gatto's for repairs to her car Tuesday morning, 08/17/21. While I waited for my friend to arrive, an apparently homeless person walked in asking to use the restroom. The crew manning the lobby greeted the person, were respectful and directed the person to the restroom. It this kind of service that keeps me coming back and recommending to anyone who asks where to go for tires or repairs. Thank you Gatto's!!
I noticed a rattle under my car. It was the heat shield. Most heat shields are aluminum and the bolts are steel so the dissimilar metals cause them to corrode thru. I did not have a ramp to repair it so called Gatto's on Wickham. Pat the service agent let me bring it in right away and repaired the issue for the price they charge to do a service inspection. Had me in and out in 1/2 hour.
They are so professional, kind,and dont over charge they do what they can to fix problem and save you money they dont make up things or scam you like others we been to we would recommend this gattos to anyone. And the manger Brian is about the most honest man full of integrity, I have ever run across.we will be his customers for life.
I had a flat tire that needed fixing and they were on it quickly. I was afraid I needed a new tire because of the size of the cut, but no problem. In and out quickly. Thanks for the great service and attitude.
