Had an appointment today for a weird sound in the steering column..hoping it would be less that $300. Service manager said it might be still under warranty. In 15 mins tracking it down, I walked out looking to sked with the dealership for free. 99 out of 100 repair facilities would not be that considerate, but the Goodyear/Gatto's manager(Cayle..I hope that is the spelling) did take the time and cared about customer service beyond the call of duty. You guys will always have my business.
I took my moms car with a Starter problem, they took it in right away. Was fixed by the end of day because the part need it to be ordered, which it was not a problem for us. The part was faulty and they told us to bring it back right away and they fixed the problem. I had to go away for work and they brought the car to my moms house at no extra charge. My mom Angela was very happy and greatful. If my mom is happy so do I. THANKS to Matt and the rest of the team, very professional and gentlemen.

Best service around. I take my VW Passat to them for all service needs. Big shout out for service above and beyond. My car battery died and I was stranded. Rather than have me get roadside service, they ordered the battery I needed and brought it to my home and installed it!! Thank you guys. Highly recommend to single ladies. Down here from Akron, Oh visiting friends in Titusville and I wanted to have my Goodyear tires balanced for the trip home. Called Gatto's, spoke with Eric Hodge, brought my van in and had tires balanced, everything was handled very well and I was happy, but I was most impressed with Erics great attitude, professionalism, and politeness!
